The Ninth General Assembly 2024 is ON

Dear member of the Climanosco association,

Our Ninth General Assembly has now started online and will run until Saturday 30 November 23:59 UTC 2024 on the Internet at the official address: www.climanosco.org/ga2024.

This announcement is sent to you because you are a member of the Climanosco association. As such, you are expected to vote in this General Assembly.

During the first period of the assembly until 7 November (23:59 UTC), you are invited to read through the presentations of all items of the agenda and to ask your questions using the corresponding fields that are available for this purpose. This is the perfect opportunity for everyone to ask questions and suggest ideas! The Board of Directors will reply to all questions and objections, and, where fits, we will follow up with a proposal at the next General Assembly 2025.

After this period of discussion, you will have time to cast your votes until the General Assembly ends on 30 November at 23:59 UTC.

Note that you are welcome to vote at anytime from now on and until the General Assembly ends on 30 November at 23:59 UTC.

• 1 November (00:00 UTC) – 21 November (23:59 UTC): Presentation and discussion of items on Agenda, and anticipated vote
  • 1 Nov – 7 Nov: Questions / objections by Members
  • 8 Nov – 14 Nov: Reply to questions / objections by Board of Directors
  • 15 Nov – 19 Nov: Acknowledgment by questioning / objecting Members
  • 20 Nov – 21 Nov: Acknowledgment by Board of Directors
• 22 November (00:00 UTC) – 30 November (23:59 UTC): Regular vote is open
• 1 December: Closing and release of vote results
