Obligations for Authors and Co-authors

By submitting a Manuscript to Climanosco, the author and co-authors signify that the Manuscript fulfills the following expectations:*

  • It reflects the current scientific knowledge available in the published peer-reviewed scientific literature on the topic declared in the title at the time submission date.
  • It provides an unbiased synthesis of the currently available scientific knowledge.
  • Neither the Manuscript as a whole nor parts of it have already been published elsewhere.
  • All scientific references are appropriately cited in the body of the article.
  • Its main content relies on published scientific work.
  • References to unpublished scientific work are allowed as long as they are secondary to the article, and must be declared as such.
  • It is written in a language which can be understood by a large public without prior scientific education.
  • Its publication at Climanosco has been approved by the author and all co-author(s).
  • If and when the manuscript becomes a Published Article at Climanosco, it may be re-used under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License but not submitted for peer-reviewed publication elsewhere.
  • The authors have secured the right to reproduce any material in his/her/their work that has already been published elsewhere.
  • The authors agree with the License and Copyright Agreement.
  • The main author is a member of Climanosco.
  • The authors are aware that Manuscripts (submitted and revised) remain permanently archived and accessible at Climanosco.
  • With regard to the evaluation of Manuscripts, the Editors and the Referees will follow their guidelines as summarized in the Obligations for Editors and the Obligations for Reviewers.
  • The use of general descriptive names, trade names, trademarks, etc., in the Manuscripts of this journal, even if not specifically identified, does not imply that these names are not protected by the relevant laws and regulations.
  • While the advice and information in this journal is believed to be true and accurate at the date each article is published, neither the authors, the referees, the editors, nor Climanosco can accept any legal responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be made. Climanosco makes no warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to the material contained herein.
